We are Envision Labs Inc., operating under the name Aslaschat ("Company," "we," "us," "our", "service").

These Terms of Service outline the rules and conditions for using Aslaschat and all associated services. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with these terms entirely and without exception. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or another legal entity, “you” and “your” will refer to that entity. By registering, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on behalf of the entity.

Updates to these Terms will be posted on this page. New features introduced by Aslaschat will also be governed by these Terms. Continued use of the service following any updates implies your agreement with the revised terms.

Violations of any conditions outlined below may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

1. Account

  • You must not use Aslaschat for unlawful or unauthorized activities, including those that violate intellectual property rights.
  • You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials and API keys secure. We are not liable for any harm resulting from failure to safeguard this information.
  • Users must be at least 13 years of age to access and use Aslaschat.

    • We welcome your inquiries and will respond promptly.

    2. Service

  • Your use of Aslaschat is at your own risk. The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • Support is offered in English only and primarily via email.
  • No specific support levels are guaranteed unless outlined in a separate agreement or SLA.
  • Aslaschat uses third-party providers for infrastructure services, including hosting, networking, and data storage.
  • You may not alter the platform or misrepresent another site as being associated with Aslaschat.
  • Copying, selling, reselling, or exploiting any part of the platform without written consent is strictly prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to remove accounts or content that we deem to be illegal, abusive, obscene, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.
  • Abuse of any kind (verbal, physical, written, etc.) toward any employee or user will lead to immediate termination.
  • You understand that the platform’s operations, including content transmission, may involve various networks and formatting processes.
  • Spamming, distributing viruses, or using destructive code is prohibited.
  • If your bandwidth usage is considerably higher than average, we may throttle or disable your chatbot until it returns to acceptable levels.
  • We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or the accuracy of results from the platform.
  • Removing our branding or logo without subscribing to the relevant plan is not permitted.
  • Aslaschat is not responsible for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, data, or service interruptions.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or alter our source code or that of third-party services we use is prohibited.
  • Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce them later. These Terms represent the full agreement between you and Aslaschat and are governed by Canadian law.

    • 3. Content Ownership

  • You retain full ownership of all content you upload. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your content and do not sell it to others.
  • Your data sources and chatbot input/output are never used by our AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) for model training.
  • You are fully responsible for the content you upload and confirm that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
  • AI answers are generated using only the data you upload, which remains isolated and secure.
  • You authorize us to publicly display your chatbot, such as when embedded on your site or shared with others, based on the visibility settings you’ve selected.
  • Aslaschat does not pre-approve or filter user content.
  • The platform's visual and structural design (HTML, CSS, JS) is copyrighted and may not be copied.
  • If you submit a testimonial or review—either directly or through a third party—you give us permission to use it in marketing.
  • Uploaded documents are deleted permanently after processing. Unprocessed documents are deleted within 7 days.

    • 4. Security and Data Privacy Practices

    • Data Privacy:Our [Privacy Policy] is incorporated as part of these Terms.
    • Data Processing: If Aslaschat handles any personal information covered by privacy laws (like GDPR), our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) applies. Under GDPR, you are the data exporter, and Aslaschat is the data importer.
    • Security: We have implemented physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect user data from unauthorized access or disclosure. These are outlined further in our DPA.

    5. Payment

    • Switching from a free plan or trial to a paid plan results in immediate billing.
    • Unless agreed otherwise, billing occurs monthly or annually, based on the original upgrade date.
    • Payments under $500/month must be made via credit card. Larger plans may request invoicing, payable within 7 days.
    • Prices exclude applicable taxes and duties, which are your responsibility.
    • Upgrading a plan mid-cycle will trigger a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect in the next cycle without prorated refunds.
    • Canceling mid-cycle does not entitle you to a refund unless within our refund window.
    • We strive to handle refunds fairly based on how much of the service you’ve used.

    6. Cancellation

    • You must cancel your subscription through the Billing & Usage section in your account. Requests via email or phone are not accepted.
    • Once canceled, all data and content will be scheduled for deletion and cannot be recovered.
    • If canceled mid-billing cycle, your access will continue until the end of that period.
    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion. Termination will deactivate your account and result in loss of all stored data.
    • We may refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
    • If your account was suspended due to misconduct, we may deny requests for content recovery. Otherwise, we will attempt to provide your account data upon request.

    7. Services and Pricing

    • Aslaschat may alter or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time with or without notice.
    • Subscription fees and other service charges may change for new, free, or trial accounts.
    • We are not liable for modifications, price adjustments, or service interruptions.
